I taught English and creative writing at a public school in Virginia. Now, I work as an online content manager and trainer, but I continue to follow the concerns of public education and stay involved as a teacher-consultant of the Northern Virginia Writing Project, an affiliate of the National Writing Project housed at George Mason University.
